I am Vonda E. Johnson, the CEO & Founder of Phenomenal Women of a New Generation Inc. and F.I.E.R.C.E.
I am considered a force and a shield for girls and young women from all walks of life. And to them through F.I.E.R.C.E,, I meet them where they are by fostering confidence and bringing wisdom, compassion, and my everlasting belief in them.

I believe that each day, given the opportunity, a small goal can be achieved. I encourage the girls and young women to grow in believing the same. Small goals lead to HUGE ACHIEVEMENTS. In F.I.E.R.C.E, Goals aren't to be measured but achieved.
Being a pillar of the community is very important to me. Since finding the organization I have become a member of the National Association of Professional Women and because of my leadership in the community, I was nominated and selected an Upstate Black History Maker by 107.3 JAMZ.
I am a S.C.Notary Republic and a full time employee for a Non-Profit Organization where our MISSION is to move families from struggle to stability and into their God-Given potential by walking alongside and providing them emotional, educational and financial support.

I am the Children and Youths Care Specialist . I don't consider this title nor my day to day responsibilities a job or work. For me, it is simply my passion.

P.W.O.A.N.G Inc. is a non-profit organization who mentors FEMALE YOUTH who are called F.I.E.R.C.E.
F.I.E.R.C.E - Focuses on Independence, Education, Real-life skills, Core-values & Empowerment.
P.W.O.A.N.G. Inc. has been active in the local in UpState S.C since it's finding 9'2009 and received the Dream Chaser Award from Carolina Girls Rock, the organization received a Recognition of Excellence for Empowering Women in The Community from the The Women's Empowerment Organization.
As the organization continued it's path to making a difference in the lives of others through out the community, it would go on to receive a personal invitation from Latina Burelle, a liaison for 107.3 JAMZ , who hosted an event, Empowering Women and Youth Groups across Up State South Carolina. with a special guest and Pop Star Janelle Monae'. Janelle personalized the event and made it feel as if it was a "MEMBERS ONLY EVENT" by limiting admissions, allowing us to be within close proximity of her and later sharing her heart for GIRL POWER and what it means to her. She did a Q & A, provided memorabilia and took photos as with us , the guests, as if she were a member of the organizations herself. What a proud and happy moment.
The Clemson S.C's Rotary Club acknowledged P.W.O.A.N.G for Serving The Community and Dedication To Improving Lives. And as life goes on with the organization, our biggest and most important REward is SEEING the difference that we are making in the lives of the female youth.
